A member on this forum requested I get a Leicester v Porto programme for him which I did and despite sending 2 messages requesting payment no payment has been forthcoming and I have received no reply to the 2 messages I have sent (I know they have been read).

Due to this anyone who requests a programme from any forthcoming game I attend if I haven't sold to you before I will need a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of purchasing the programme before the game.

No need for such behaviour from forum members. Many years ago a guy from Italy asked me to get him Blackburn homes which I did. He was always in contact until I asked him for payment never to be heard of again. I recall he supported audience but can't remember his name. The rule is yes I will get anyone a programme as long as payment is made before the game.

The original purchaser has now paid so everything in Hunky-dory.
