I have noticed that there are a couple of threads about the annual prediction competitions, with geddon and dan otherwise engaged.

I am willing to organize it and combine the two into 1.

12 games each weekend, spanning the leagues inc a couple from scotland.

Games would be against each other from week to week like Geddon's.
3 pts correct score
2 pts right result, margin
1 pt correct result

Obviously would take a couple of weeks to set up and organize the fixtures, Numbers etc etc.

So would plan to start on 1st September

Entries to the prediction League will close on Saturday 25th 10pm August.

Rules, fixtures and matches to be predicted (week 1) will be posted on Sunday 26th.

The starting week will be September 1st

Mentioned it last year but not enough interest,
So will give it another go,
Shall we have a prize for the winner?

If all the entrants sent something like a programme /a couple of programmes a couple of used match tickets or even a book ((anything "football" related but no used pants or socks though!!)) to the organiser (sharowblade) then at the end of the season the winner could collect all as a prize (the winner would have to pay the postage if no other arrangement could be made).

Think together we could get a nice prize pot organised.

Whats your thoughts??
