Hi All
A Steaua fan has been in touch with me about a photo on my website which he has bought and paid for in GBP - he lives in Bucharest, he got a friend to pay me without a hitch.
He's asked me to help him locate any memorabilia concerning Steaua (or their fore-runners, CCA Bucharest) in any matches against UK opposition, and has sent me a list of those games. He's reluctant to come on here himself as he feels his English would let him down, although I reckon his English is at least as good as mine. But I have offered to try to help him.
Here's a list of all the games he's talking about, and he already has quite a bit of memorabilia. Basically he's asking what does anyone have (press photos, programmes, tickets, press cuttings) for these games:-

There is every chance that I have Rangers news (club newspaper/magazine) that covers the Steaua v Rangers/Rangers v Steaua matches in 88 & 95.

He asks if you could please scan your ticket so he can see it, and if it's different from the one he has, he'll have it!
He has the programme.
In fact, he seems to have a lot of these programmes.
I have asked him to open his own account!

They aren't cuttings, it is scanned pages from a complete Rangers news magazine. I had a look and also have 4 others with the CL games home and away with 4 page preview and reports on both games. All 5 are official club magazines in excellent condition.

there was only 1 type of ticket so it will be the same, has he a spare away ticket?

Ah I see, it was listed Dunfermline v. Steaua so I assumed it was a Pars home. Never knew of an away from that date, every day's a school day...

Hello! Thanks for your feedback! My ticket is from the visiting team, that is why I asked. I remember seing a different ticket from this match, or maybe it just had another colour, I don't remember exactly. This is my ticket:

No, I do not have a spare ticket from the Bucharest game, do you need one? I can ask, maybe somebody has one. I only have a stub ticket and I don't have the programme from Bucharest.

Ah I see, it was listed Dunfermline v. Steaua so I assumed it was a Pars home. Never knew of an away from that date, every day's a school day...

It was a friendly played in Holland. Steaua was preparing for the UCL qualifying rounds.
