Proving to be a bit elusive this one. If anyone has a copy of this dated 30th Sept 1967 for sale it would be much appreciated.

Is the date correct, according to this site - http://www.carlisleunited-mad......ndex.shtml Birmingham played Millwall on 30th September, the Carlisle game was on the 9th September. Carlisle were away to Ipswich on the 30th September.

Yeah sorry you're right, made the mistake of looking at 'error a plenty' Wikipedia instead of looking at other Blues programmes from that season. It was played on Sept 9th 1967.

Seem a bit on the pricey side and a £10 minimum order is an immediate put off. Thanks anyway.

Oh I see you are looking to get a copy of " a hard to obtain" programme for FREE.

Sorry, I did not realise you were one of the "want something for nothing brigade"

Don't think that response was needed. Where did I say I wanted it for 'FREE'? I did say it seemed a bit pricey on there compared to other sites considering the prices I've paid for other programmes I've got from that season. Can't say I've seen a minimum order value elsewhere and certainly wouldn't be held to ransom by any dealer for that however much I wanted a programme. Perhaps if you had told me why it's a 'hard to obtain' you'd get a better response, some of us are new to this and not the 'expert' you no doubt are.

I have searched every dealer (15+) I can think of, including Ebay,on your behalf as you requested help.

Only one site has the programme in question suggesting it is hard to obtain as you have already found.

My advice is to buy it when you can as it is not likely to suddenly become available from numerous dealers.

Alternatively, you can keep your fingers crossed that a copy turns up on EBay where you will be paying at leat 99p + postage.

Are you sure there are no other programmes you need to make up the £10 minimum order?

Thank you for the reply. To be honest, and I'm backtracking a bit, as the Carlisle one seems to be unavailable anywhere I've looked I may have to turn to the site you recommended. It was the £10 minimum order bit that threw me a bit! Think the impatience of wanting every B'ham City programme from that season right now doesn't help! Thank you for your advice , appreciated.

Very Happy You should try Lincolnshire folk, they make Yorkshire types look veritably generous Wink
