Problems all day with this auction, no sound, no picture, and now both at the same time

I can confirm we did have some problems with our internet connection during the auction, completely out of our control, local issues.

However it did not stop anyone from bidding at any point during the sale, as the on screen bidding platform (instuctions/prices etc.) worked throughout.

It was the streaming of the visual and audio element of the sale that encountered the problems.
