What do you collect?

Hi, Doncaster Rovers collector here. I have just over 3100 Donny programmes home and away dating back to 1945.
I am missing 5 League, 6 Cup and 23 Friendlies dating back to 1956, as well as a handful of postponed issues.

Personal collection is pretty good dating back to 1960, mainly requiring homes pre1960

Although do require a few friendlies and North Riding Senior Cup issues, homes and away post 1960.

I collect mainly Swansea Town/City programmes - currently collecting homes from 1959/60 season to date, as well as aways from 1965/66 to date, as well as all cup games. I'm in the process of going through old programmes to try and determine when games were postponed and trying to work out how many programmes I'm missing from postponed games (answer to that is quite a few!).

I do, however, have a programme for each home league game since 1965/66 - with the exception of 69/70 Chesterfield and 65/66 Shrewsbury, which I have someone managed to fail to come accross anywhere. This doesn't include postponed games, but I do have one for each team from each season, if that makes sense!

I also semi collect Wales programmes, have a small collection of Welsh Cup finals and Welsh clubs in Europe, as well as a few clubs last games at their old grounds. Not really collecting these at the moment though. And I have to make sure that I get a programme, if available, from every game I go to!

Leeds were relegated. Attendance 19,295. The programme is sought after by both Leeds and Blackburn collectors. I sold a spare copy I had 3 years ago for £35.

As a man of good taste & fine upbringing, i of course collect Sheffield United programmes. At first i was going to collect just the matches in which we won..... but as that was most of `em anyway (what me deluded?, YES!) i decided to go the full hog & go for the lot.

Collection looking pretty good now & i`d like to give many thanks to Jim, Brian, Paul, James, Andy & Kev from the prevous site (& here) for their great help in boosting my numbers You`ve all done me proud, in particular Jim, despite his strange, mystifying allegience to another Sheffield team
