I dont know about a full list but reckon one must exist, however you may be intrested to learn that there are several variations.

THis is usually on the back cover, where in some volumes copies exst in 2 forms,an advert on the back and a player portrait ..

I have compiled a list of those im my collection, please email me for a list, or to add to it
