The next Essex Retro Football Show will take place at Essex County Cricket Club in Chelmsford on 28th June.

The special guest will be Tottenham's record appearance maker Steve Perryman.

This event will incorporate the 30th Anniversary Corinthian Convention, so will be expanding to two rooms.

Around 25 dealers are already confirmed, specialising in everything from programmes, shirts, stickers/cards, magazines and, of course, Corinthian figures.

Entry is free and a fully licensed bar will be available throughout the show (officially 10.30am-2pm but the bar will stay open until 4pm).

Steve Perryman – Tottenham’s record appearance maker will be the special guest (provisional hours of 11am-1pm), signing Futera cards for upcoming releases as well as meeting Show attendees (Steve is happy to sign memorabilia but please note larger items – such as shirts – will be personalised). Steve will also have three books for sale on the day (Should anyone purchase two books they will receive a free poster of Steve, both signed and dedicated, free of charge).

Greg Lansdowne – Show organiser, ‘Backpass’ magazine contributor and author of three books on football stickers (‘Stuck On You’, ‘Panini Football Stickers: The Official Celebration’ and ‘Panini Legends’ as well as collaborator on ‘Panini UK Football Sticker Collections 1978-1985’ and ‘Panini UK Football Sticker Collections 1986-1993’ – all books will be available at the Show)

As it's exactly a month to go until the next Essex Retro Football Show, I thought I'd put up a reminder and add another stallholder to the list: Andy Gregory of Subbuteo and Vinyl (focusing more on his Subbuteo than vinyl that day!). With the 30th Anniversary Corinthian Convention joining for this event, there will be around 50 tables in operation, across two rooms at Essex County Cricket Club (the pavilion and the Premier Suite).

Just over a week to go until the Essex Retro Football Show.

A couple of updates:

Early arrivers will receive a free copy of the latest 'Backpass' magazine (limited to one per family, while stock lasts).

There will be a limited number of parking spaces at the venue (enter via New Writtle Street)

The event opens at 10.30am so we please ask attendees to be patient while stallholders are setting up.
Please note, the River Gate entrance will not be open on the day.
