Info requested, Charity Games April 1964

Hi, wondering if any on here would have a note of any charity games played in April 1964?
I'm specifically looking for a programme of any that may have been played on 5 April that year.
A quick trawl of ebay shows that programmes do exist for games played before and after that year:
Sunday 5 June 1960: TV All Stars v Pontypridd Select XI
Sunday 20 May 1962: TV Entertainers XI v Representative Burton XI
Sunday 4 April 1965: Gainsborough Round Table v The Showbiz XI
Sunday 25 April 1965: Stansted v Brimsdown @ Hargrave Park.
ANY help would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

I do know of 4 that were played in the Republic of Ireland but not been able to trace a programme from any - so far

I've had a look on the BNA and done a search for April 1964, this is what I have found.

Sunday 26 April 1964: The Young Farmers v Belchamp St Paul Tankards at Hadleigh Town FC (raising money for Sue Ryder)

Sunday 26 April 1964: The TV All Stars v The "61" Youth Club at Amersham Town

Tuesday 14 April 1964: Scottish Showman's International Team v Fife Constabulary Team at Stark's Park

Sunday 19 April 1964: Jockeys XI v Ray Jackson's team of stars and sportsmen (some people from Z Cars played + a couple of boxers and a Brentford footballer)

Sunday 5 April 1964: Ex Aldershot FC v Ex Reading FC at Bourne Recreation Ground (Gostrey Club Rebuilding Appeal)

Sunday 12 April 1964: Hospital Invitation XI 5 Former Bristol City Players 4 played at Farleigh Hospital
