Hi - I'm a new member to this forum.

I'm a Charlton fan and season ticket holder for many years now. I have most home programmes back to the mid fifties and a good smattering from before that.

I've recently made the disastrous decision to start collecting aways as well!

Note to 'addicks' - I may well start picking your brains at some point if that's OK.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Although a Leeds collector I do have a soft spot for Charlton due to living in Kent and probably the trips we done via the school to the Valley in the mid-nineties.

Hopefully you guys will come back up to the championship soon as it's always a nice ground to visit.

The dilemma to collect away programmes........ Confused

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, it will be nice to host your boys again although we may need you to hang about in the Championship for a couple of seasons!

Welcome to the forum....re charlton in the 62/63 season.

How many programmes were produced against cardiff in the fa cup ?

Ive two but heard there was three ???

Re the much postponed 62/63 Cardiff cup tie I also believe that it was 3 but have only ever seen 5th and 29th Jan. Are these the dates you have Matt?

There is a 62/63 Chalton v Cardiff Cup programme where the date has been amended from 26th Jan to 18th Feb.

Assuming the amendments were made at the game it would suggest that Charlton just re-issued a duplicate.

Early days for Chris Powell at moment. He'll certainly be given time down at Charlton because the fans love him and we hope he has what it takes. The real work begins soon.

Its what makes collecting great alan, the guessing .....im none the wiser on this one re one without a date...
