Foreign ebay sites

Does any one purchase items from ebay from other countries.
I've just bought a couple of items from the Polish version.

Thing is I had to search through every countries website individualy, does anyone know if there is a way to search all of the different versions in one go rather than each at a time?

Its not possible, the sections are completely different, it is only possible for German/Swiss/Austrian items as one section or French/Belgium items, New Zealand/Australia or USA/Canada all as one, they can not all be combined because of the language barrier
