Asendia delivery service

Hello, has anyone on here ever used a delivery service called Asendia.
I bought a football item from Spain and the delivery service was Asendia.
The packet seems to have been on the move for weeks.
It went from Spain, through France, then seemingly to a large Asendia hub somewhere in Germany, and then back into France, where it seems to be at the moment.
This has all taken close to 3 weeks.
The advert did say delivery within 28 days but I thought that was just them being over-cautious to cover themselves, but maybe they are right?!
I am just hoping it is not handed over to Evri when it gets to the UK.
Has anyone experience of this firm, as I must admit they are a new one on me?

Asendia UK offers both domestic and worldwide postal and parcel delivery services. Asendia UK partners with Royal Mail to provide their delivery services.
