It is extraordinary that well established dealers on eBay (with plenty of copies in stock) put the price up virtually as soon as Drogba scored the winning penalty - one firm (who appear to have sold 148 thus far) upped their price from £10.95 to £23.95 on Saturday evening and have now settled at £19.95. Another, claiming to be licensed by UEFA to sell these type of programmes, have been steadily increasing their prices to the current £19.99.

Very poor.

No

Give it a month and they'll be cost plus a rip off postage.
Give it 3 months and they will be back to normal.
Give it 12 months and they'll turn up in "a box of" for pennies.
60,000 crowd and all bought a programme plus a zillion through W H Smiths and others.
It is the VIP stuff that will end up with a small premium(menus, photographers bibs,Guest of UEFA tickets)

Spot on , that is why i don't collect modern stuff. Total waste of money, bloody rip off. As i said before, i have just bought the 1938 FA Cup final programme for the price of a WH Smith programme ( blue cover/red cover/gold cover)/ teamsheet/official Toilet paper/ menu at Mcdonalds Munich Airport signed by a uncle who was at the game.

Funniest thing was Bayer Munich in the description.

Maybe just a mistake or maybe a reference to them finishing second in everything. Very Happy
