FA Cup Final 2013 - different cover versions?

Looking on eBay I've seen 3 different versions of the cover which are:

- Black background with white text
- Blue background with white text
- Blue background with black text

I'm guessing two of them are just mock-up covers versions that the publishing sent out to those who sell them online (e.g. the LT progs one) for their websites etc and there is actually only one design, but can anyone confirm?
