Looking at my tickets today i noticed that the England - Mexico ticket from 16th july states KO time as 7.30 but all Records show it was 3pm..
Does anybody know if it was just a misprint on the ticket or was the
Match time changed for some reason? Every image i can find for the ticket says 7.30 KO

Could you of made a mistake?
Fifas official website and every other state it as 3pm KO
http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/a.....eport.html
But i have found this
http://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/files/2008/1075/hsr2006_699.pdf

It says on page 44/45 that a couple of matches were changed to reduce loss of TV revenue if important matches might overlap,
it says the England one was changed to 7.30, (if im reading it right)
Man im confused....

If the Mexico game was the one when Bobby Charlton scored with a thumping drive then I'm sure that was played under lights, so it would make it an evening kick off...unless it was just the grainy B&W footage !

Floorpie - There is no confusion. I can assure you that it was a 7.30 pm kick off.

i contacted a collector friend of mine who lives in switzerland, he has great contacts and he passed the question on to somebody he knows involved with the fifa stats department, he confirmed there was a mistake a while ago, and this week the KO time has been changed on the fifa site. It is still wrong on pretty much every other site on the net though Razz
