I have a programme for the above match - a first X1 friendly - played at St James' Park.

It is not listed in either the Newcastle or Boro complete records books so does anyone know if the match was played? Programme has a light fold, otherwise unmarked and in vgc.

The game was postponed. Warthogs on the pitch.



That's apparently what my wife thought James Alexander Gordon used to say if the pitch was waterlogged.
