Birmingham City - True Blue sticker sheets

Anyone know anything about these. Looking for a Cardiff City one if possible. Were they given with the programmes?

There have been some for sale on E-bay recently marketed as True Blue Juniors Sticker Sheets.

Apparently they show images from 2012/3 season games so won't have been in the programmes for that particular game.

Also they are A4 sheets so unlikely to have been included in subsequent programmes.

The Birmingham v Blackpool programme didn't include anything.

There must be Blue fans on here who know how many were produced.
