does any1 have this programme and can tell me who the coloured player on the front is please as i have his the programme with his signiture on the front

Nope, definately not got it.

Its obviously a great signature, if you're cant read it.

However, its quite clear to me it's Terry Connor.

Coloured used to be more 'PC' than black a while ago. Now it's the other way around.

Back to the question - just to confirm it is indeed Terry Connor.

The picture was taken at the England v Austria match in the UEFA Youth tournament in Germany. England won 7-0 (and Connor scored the first) but didn't get through the group after losing to Spain and of all people Scotland.
