Royal Mail price increases

The good old Royal Mail is increasing some prices from 2nd April 2013 - no increase in the "basic" post but check

Gonna be murder next week with this new 'cube' packet determinator .

Another GR8 idea !!!!!

I bet the staff don't have a clue and i bet the price will vary from one office to another for the same item ------ LIKE IT DOES NOW !!!

Lost count of how many times i've had to remind staff to send a second class letter with a normal second stamp instead of a large one for the appropriate size and weight !!!!!

Local postmistress said they were only told about the changes this week!

Looking at the new Royal Mail parcel structure and prices I will definitely use Collect+ as much as I can for the heavier items and avoid the Royal Mail.

I know I have said it before but the Collect+ service is reliable, fully tracked online and good value. Most of the parcels I have sent with Collect+ have been received in two days. I can only think that the Royal Mail changes will push a lot of business their way.
