I came across a testimonial programme the other day from 1961 for a friendly between Peterborough and Notts Forest. Is this rare - it had something to do with raising funds for 'boro to go professional. It had the scores written on it so I didnt pick it up but the lad said he'd hold on to it for me. Any details/info would be handy

Cheers John

Game was played on 20/3/61 with a rather healthy attendance of 9,229, I have asked a Posh seller about her , let you know what value he puts on it when he gets back to me .
Phil.
PS Posh won the game 4-1.

next to nothing I'm afraid. Quite common as are a lot of Posh programmes in the early 60's

The Leeds s/s is very expensive. Never seen it advertised below £100. I know the Grantham one exists but not seen it advertised anywhere

I have neither of them but would love a copy or even a scan!

A quick edit - someone on here very kindly did send me a scan of the Grantham game, may well have been Grantham!

I did indeed scan the programme, it's not entirely rare as I know of 3 of us who have it, but saying that I've not seen another copy appear anywhere
