With regard to the Scotland issue, it is apparent that there is a fake/reprint doing the rounds. A good one, but once you put it up against an original it becomes obvious. It just feels newer and glossier, internal pages whiter and staples smaller and in the wrong place. However to the unwary, could pass as an original.

I'm lead to believe these started appearing a few years back.

Has anything like this surfaced for the England game?
