Hi all,
I would like to bring to your attention my new website:

Unlike most binders on the market these can house a complete season of your teams home programmes (24 modern sized) and can be personalised by inserting a spine label into a clear open topped pocket.

Please feel free to take a look.
Any feedback is welcome (good or bad!).

I am interested in the storage bags but for the larger programmes such as FA Cup finals etc. It says on your site to contact you but I can't see where the Contact Us tab is.

This is why I like getting feedback. It shows me what errors I've missed out!!

The only FA Cup Final prog I have to hand is 1987, which is 300 x 210mm. Is this the sort of size you need? Also, which type of bag were you interested in?

Just a little update on my Programme Binder website.
I have now added two more colours to the range.
To go with the Royal blue I now have Red & Green.

With the new season almost upon us, we have now increased our binder colours to 7 Shocked

The colours available are:
Black, Claret, Green, Red, Royal Blue, Sky Blue & Yellow.

We also have '2012/13 Season Starter packs' to set you up for the season.
Each pack consists of:
one binder
one personalised spine label (choose from 6 carefully designed templates)
25 storage bags (choose from 3 different types of bag)

Do you do anything like the PM binders or the old DJ binders? I ordered some from PM in February and still not made for me!!! I am losing patience with them...........

thats not bad i placed an order in december and not heard anything.it would be nice just to get an email telling you how the order is coming on but you don't hear anything.i did ask john at the london fair in june but was told the same answer as always 'you are in a queue and we are working through it' Confused

i would go else where but i have about 40 binders already and i wanted to keep them all matching Crying or Very sad

There's no way I would keep a customer waiting that long!
"Treat customers how you would like to be treated".....not rocket science in my opinion.
Depending on my stock availability at the time of your order, bulk orders of my binders take 2-3 weeks for me to get from my manufacturer. During this time I would have completed the spine labels ready to ship out to you asap.

40 binders is a lot to replace....
Maybe you could sell them to fund some of mine?!! Thumbs Up

I ordered them with the promise they would be ready for collection at the International fair to save on post costs, you should not take on orders if you cannot fulfill them.

Just a quick line to say that I bought some binders from Matt a few months ago.

They are excellent, and were delivered very quickly. I really recommend these binders.

I had a similar issue in terms of having different styles of binders but with a bit of re-organisation I'm sure that any purchaser can find a suitable set-up that works for them with a mix of styles.

After waiting sooooooo long for Mr Litster to deliver the binders I think that potential purchasers have a more than valid case for cancelling any orders and getting any money back.

Ironic really......one of his ongoing grouches when editing PM was the time taken for the Royal Mail to deliver stuff .........!!!

Thought I'd mention that I am very impressed by the service Matt offers. Have currently only ordered one binder as a 'tester' but he was very helpful, very quick to deliver, and the binder + bags are of excellent quality.

Will definitely be placing another order in the future, and can highly recommend.
