1. If it's a case of valuation then Research, young man, it's part of the fun. 30 seconds on a site like 'Almondvale' will give you an rough guide

2. If you are selling it, ask for offers on here or put it on ebay, and in the words of the great Doris Day 'whatever will be will be'.

To be honest Micks offer of 99p is not unrealistic,as with post it would be about £2 it is not a rare programme despite some dealers asking silly money, i would value at no more than £5 and it probably wouldnt sell at that as there are plenty of copies in existence.
