Would Nelson v Wigan Athletic, Lancashire Combination, 11/3/1950 fall into the same category?

Absolutely. Nelson are a very collectable team in their own right, and Wigan aways of that era are difficult to get hold of. Think you'd be looking at £40 plus again, no problem.

The Wigan v Nelson was the highest gate that season 11k as against average 4.5k so maybe not as rare but certainly collectable I've seen a couple but never the Chorley issue.

The info I posted earlier is wrong that is relevant for Wigan (h) v Nelson 1950/51 the prog you have dated 11.03.50 is Wigan (a) v Nelson a league game its another scarce issue all the same.
