I have seen that. I went to the game and was in an area where normally I would be guaranteed team sheets. There were none and the person responsible informed me that there had been none printed. You can draw your own conclusions to the ones that have appeared on Ebay.

As I said earlier a very senior official at the Club told me that they had not produced team sheets so you have to draw your own conclusions. Another little giveaway is that they seem to be done on blank pieces of paper without the club's logo. It is just possible that someone made them up in a hurry but unlikely that they were then not distributed to the Directors which they were not. To doubly check I just called a good friend, another very senior person at Brighton who confirmed that none were printed so I am pretty sure that I have my facts right.

The same seller is selling team sheets from West Ham's pre season friendlies. Comparing the font and layout of the Ipswich v West Ham sheet for example - the typeface and layout is the same as Ipswich's team sheets from last season but no club logos, sponsors or colour on the one being sold.

It feels more likely that these were emailed to the press in attendance (so avoiding any paper and Covid safe) and can now be printed off and sold at leisure by those in posession of the pdf

All of which is fine if you are honest about what you are selling but here that doesn't look to be the case. Buyer beware!

I have now got to the bottom of this. Colchester Sid, you are 100% correct. They were never available in physical form on Saturday as I mentioned before. They have been sent by email to the press and other chancers who have unlimited supply of something they describe as rare.

Both sent via the Clubs media manager as a PDF. I was told both Ipswich & Wycombe told the media attending this will be sent to their laptops & they have to print it off themselves due to COVID .
