I have started collecting again so i'll be buying more than selling there is very little of interest to me on ebay at the moment.

The fair went well and was well attended, there were a lot of new faces as well.
I added 33 to my collection and l couldn't have added half of that from ebay.
We are seeing a lot of regulars now and people who are on facebook are still talking about it, it is a great venue although a little small, location is fantastic and Douglas gets everything organised very well.

Something that I've been discussing with some people is that there are few people under 40 attending. A few have mentioned that they would be willing to donate some bundles to give out free to any young people attending.

The problem with that idea is that the kids don't know what is on offer so they won't turn out.Also to give them a bundle of valueless unsellable programmes is hardly likely to hook them imo.But i may be wrong

The example of the great Steve Earl, that's what got me started.
As far as worthless bundles are concerned, I don't know anyone at all who started off their collection with rare items and of course free bundles for youngsters would be advertised well in advance.
