NON-PAYING EBAY WARNING

I sold a programme last week on Ebay to someone who didn't bother paying. Their username is: cazzyp1501_2

A week is a little early to start getting to upset. Annoying as it is some people do take a while. I've sold many items at a good price to a guy who collects Chelsea items, who I don't think has ever paid before I've sent him a gentle reminder after a week or ten days.

I have the same issue with this guy.

He apologies about forgetting to pay and says he will pay by the end of the day/week etc.... So payment received..... Another reminder and nothing!!

Unfortunately I was too late to open a non payment claim. £150 programme as well!!

Complete utter time waster.

To be honest I can't see why winning bidders can't pay within 48 hours of the auction ending. It's very easy to pay these days with mobiles, tablets, laptops etc.

Payment should be made within 3 days at the outside. If there are any mitigating circumstances which dictate that payment may take some time then the purchaser should be courteous enough to email. That is if he/she has the ability to think or type.

I've had people put a bid in right at the end and don't pay for up to a week, there is no danger they've forgot.

I think we should name and shame. I concur with all the postings with regards to non-payment. The collector referred to in this thread is
Trueblueshedboy. He is an utter disgrace to the hobby.

I have him blocked for non-payment as well. He will also have an unpaid item strike against his name as I follow all the procedures about non-payer reporting, as should all sellers.

E-Bay dont give a TOSS in fact they love it . . . . just a thought some of us arent on the internet every single day , in fact every siggle Week
If as a seller you are that hard up for money. Wait a week as already suggested, the telephone number is usually on the invoice or order form. . . if you cant be bothered to pick up the phone after 7 days, then to be honest you dont deserve a sale ..........THEN THERES ALWAYS THE SECOND CHANCE OFFER ...........

Why should you go chasing your own money .If people buy it they pay for it simple as why should you have to wait a week .
