2. Why do England B results on usual sources overlook this match?

Bravo......its is indeed Tony Macedo

The photograph reverse calls it an England B match

But it appears in other records as an U23 international.

I actually saw the programme for this match for sale once from The Lancashire Programme Club about 40 years ago advertised as an under 23 game. On sale for £4, I wonder what it would be worth now?!
