I was checking eBay out. Fulham v Sunderland 1974/75 . Seen it a million times. Run of the mill/tat as some call it. But this one has a teamsheet inside. Never seen it before. Simply listing team changes in the programme. Now when this sort of thing appears , all the collectors who have had this programme for years in their collection , normally go crazy for the item.
That's the joy of collecting. You may have every home and away since the war , BUT do you have this teamsheet ? Is you collection incomplete without it ? How much are you willing to pay to get one over other collectors ? Anyone ever come across a supplement , an updated teamsheet or something like that , that you never knew existed ?
Tokensheets. Is your collection incomplete without the annual token sheet insert ?

Can't say I do - it's just something that I have in a lot I purchased a while back. I guess if it had my team on it, I would keep it but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase one, but I assume some would?

53/4 Lincoln v Derby - superb colour flyer inside for Butlins, Skegness

Strangest of all......69/0 Coventry v Everton. The original owner had stapled, inside, a sheet of paper entitled "Half Time Entertainment". Nothing to do with what was on offer at Highfield Road, though - this was a short story he (or she) had written involving the kidnap of numerous Coventry players, how much the ransom would be and how it would be paid.

As far as I'm aware, there has never been a case of kidnapping involving Coventry players, so I guess it was just someone's half-time fantasy!

Here's one i found lately with team changes - also find inserts regarding incidents in the car park etc - got a few Burnley ones .

Need to find an insert for the home game after the PNE match in the late 70's requesting home fans not to throw stones at the away supporters train .

Plenty of PNE inserts apologizing for out of date stats - mid 70's especially .

3. Friendly Single Sheet: Forest v Luton 4th January 1982. It appears that the friendly was very quickly arranged......Programme worth £3!!

think date is between 1976-80 as bobby Campbell was the Fulham manager at that time

nothing much to shout about regarding this item.

City v United 28th December 1957, 2-2 70,483 were there and City's programme editor forgot to include within the official programme the teams!, so they had to run off tens of 1000's team sheets and insert them in the programme.
That's the top and bottom of it all.

Some copies of the 66/7 Derby reserves v Chesterfield reserves have a late teamsheet inserted, some don't.

As far as I know, this was the only occasion there was ever an insert in a Derby reserves home issue.

"You're a mine of useless information" they tell me at work. They may be correct.
