Turned up in a box of mid seventies bits and bobs

Up to 55 in the series ( highest number inc the likes of Real Madrid Barcelona, Napoli Inter etc etc

Printed in Spain ( although that bit is written in English!) No clue as to issuer.

Anyone have any ideas
