HELP NEEDED - Unknown Spurs or Leeds signature

[Five and In]

Sorting through some old programmes, I found this signature inside one of them. The collector has noted the time, date and place he obtained it, but not marked who it is.
The programme is from the Spurs v Leeds match played on 19/8/1970.
I'm pretty good at identifying Spurs signatures from that era, but don't recognise this one, so I think it could be a Leeds player.
I have shown the line ups in the hope that helps.
Any help appreciated as always.

I may have answered my own question!!

The more I look at this, I believe it is Jack Charlton, but I was under the impression that he always signed as John.

Could any Leeds fan confirm please?
