Cheers Darren, im trying to find out the printers of the blackburn programmes...the reply i had from rovers commercial department was " we've stopped run"...hmmm bit of following up to be done there i think

The programmes were printed but not bound and it looks like the club will want to use what's printed for the new date, but still awaiting a final decision.

So there aren't any finished copies in existence.

seems to me that the stuff already printed most of it will be used for the rearranged game programme and the the extra bits which would be out of date will be scrapped and replaced with new sections

looks like we can safetly say that there is no postponed issue for this game as the game was called off early enough.

Hi Matt,

Thought it was a Cardiff/Boro postponed match you were on about and I couldn't find it on my database. Panic over!! I've got the Arsenal pp prog and I've seen it on a few dealers lists at around the £10 mark.

Just to update you all regarding this i have spoken to 3 different people regarding this postponed game semi final programme and all have the same answer
the programmes were printed for this apart from the front covers and were not bound and most of the sections will be used in the programme next Tuesday so there is 100% no programme available for the 06/01/10

Rather interestingly I found out yesterday that this is all quite correct.




HOWEVER: The printers make a master copy up first to be given the thumbs up as it were and then the print run is done once its given the go ahead. Therefore ONE does exist, and I know whos got it. If you read this, please do some nice reprints!

Spoke to the printers, linneys in mansfield - they said that due to a confidentiality clause they are not allowed to say if they produced any or how many they produced...so no luck there - seems this is one that ill definately never get unless you have any luck with the club ??

I'm surprised by this, I knew for a fact 1 existed, and I know the guy that runs sportingold is a massive city fan and has it, I wouldnt imagine he would let it go plus the others mentiioned in the new catalogue means at least 4 in existance.

Either way, I think this will be the only chance to obtain a copy so I may well put in a telephone bid myself.
