I'm trying to find out what the final score and what the attendance was for this Lancashire Senior Cup tie.

Rochdale issued a full programme for this match and it also has the league
review included in it.

I can't find stats for this game.

Morecombe where the eventual winners of the trophy this year.

Is it in the central league fixtures from a United 1st team programme for that season?

Not as detailed as Craig's source but the bare match details of the 31/10 and 15/1 matches - date, team, score - are in the book "The Lancashire Cup A complete record 1879-80 to 2006-07" by Gordon Small.
