I have for sale the following programme ;
Manchester City v Portsmouth 26th Sept 1953 League Division 1.. . .
The usual 8 page Manchester City programme from that era , it is creased , but does not have any rips , tears , or any writing at all .... In the City line up at Bert Traumann and Don Revie. . . .

£3.00 plus 60p postage , it will be sent in a re-cycled envelope at no additional cost . . . Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

If interested at all just pm me .......

I just bought a Portsmouth v Sheffield Wednesday programme from Jan.49. The condition is worse than any I own but I am well pleased with it. On the front page. ... President Field Marshall, the Viscount Montgomery of Alemein,KG,GCB,DSO. Now there's something I didn't know.

FA Cup tie, Eck.....Pompey won 2-1.....and after beating Derby 2-1 in the quarter-finals Sad....Pompey went on to lose to Leicester in the Semi-Final....who then lost to Wolves in the Final.

Cheers for the info mate. There is no indication on the programme that it's a cup tie. In the fixture list it doesn't mention any cup ties.
