Arsenal vs Spurs 1925/26

first post here, I bought a lot of Arsenal lot fanzines and programmes, mostly late 80's and 90's. However amongst them was a Arsenal vs Tottenham from 1925/26. It appearsto be the first game of the season and Herbert Chapman's first game in charge.

The programme is in good condition a little staple rust and it has previously been folded in 2 but otherwise good.

Any idea on a value? Can post pictures if required. I am not particularly a programme collector so any opinions would be welcome.

at auction an early 20s arsenal prog (pending condition) would fetch £150 to £200. Although this is mid20s as its against Spurs you could expect something in that range

Arsenal a great historical team.It is now based on young star players. On the other side Tottenham also great team.It will be a great collection.
