Help with info on this pendant from Fattorini

Might not be football related and isn't mine. Just been asked to try and find more out about it.

It is oval shape, green enamel, with a figure of either Atlas holding the globe on his shoulders, or a man holding a football on his shoulders, it is by makers Fattorini and has the number 782 on the back. It is about 2 inches x 1.5 inches and has a hole in the top perhaps for a medal ribbon.

Any help appreciated

Could it be something to do with bodybuilding or strongman???
