Hearts v Tottenham - sell out? we know why.....

I got to the stadium about 25 minutes before kick-off, and it was apparent by then the programme had sold out, so I didn't get one. I cursed Hearts for scrimping again on the print run.

However, looking at ebay its quite apparent that people must have been buying bundles of the programme to make a quick buck, some chancers are asking £15/20 on BIN for a copy, which is a complete disgrace

I witnessed the same thing happen at the Wimbledon v Bristol Rovers game, although I did get a copy of that one!

Would the Hearts game have sold out if these people weren't hoovering up copies? probably, but perhaps some more fans would have had the chance to buy a copy at face value and not rip-off ebay prices.

I think I'll sit tight and take my chances at prices dropping in the next week or so (unless anyone has a spare?? - worth a try!)
