Missing item post office help!

Sounds like the old postal redirection scam from few years back.
if you move house you redirect your post but it screws up the signed for services.

There is a claim form available on the royalmail website.
If you sold via ebay and can provide proof of purchase and sale they will refund you for the postage/packaging and the value of the item

I sold a Spain v England programme from 2009 in Sevilla for £38, this will fully refunded in the form of a cheque

holtie what happened re the lost item, did you get a full refund from royal mail ?
