Just click on the "help & contact" at the top of your seller hub and follow the nearest to your issue eventually you will get a chat with automated ebay which will then give option for Ebay to phone you(preferred) or a number(unique) for you to phone them.

You may have to go through the process more than once but if you persist eventually you will be able to speak to customer service.
