Anglo Scottish Cup 1978-79

I've been collecting the programmes for this competition for 1978-79 and i'm down to 4 to find, being -

Group A - Blackpool v Blackburn 5 August 1978
Group B - Sunderland v Bolton 5 August 1978
Group C - Bristol Rovers v Cardiff 1 August 1978
&
Scotland
Morton v Raith 8 August 1978

They don't have to be in excellent condition, i don't mind neat team changes, the old fold here and there, don't want punch holes though.

If anyone can help, or if they know where one is available, please let me know

Programme definitely exists for Chesterfield v Hull City, it was a double issue with the Sheff Utd match, the standard Chesterfield issue for that season.

Don't know whether your interested but the Notts County v Chesterfield Final 2nd leg (40 years ago yesterday and we've still got the cup) was available in 2 (maybe 3) different coloured covers – blue, yellow and possibly green
