I've seen some websites listing this for £40.

Does anyone know it's TRUE value?

The added value / scarcity value for this programme comes from the poster (included inside the programme) and the key ring (attached to the front cover in a small plastic bag)

Even with those items included, I haven’t often seen it sell for more than £20, but “true value” is somewhat subjective!
