Programmes 2018-19, who's in, who's out?

So where are we at for next season? In our division, League One, I am led to believe Fleetwood are not issuing and Oxford are now doing two programmes for each league game. One for home fan's and one for away fan's. So what else can we report that we know for sure, or are led to believe?

Swindon are definately doing programmes, i've taken out a programmes subscription with them.

As far as I am aware, the following clubs will be issuing programmes this season.

Swindon Macclesfield, Forest Green, Crawley, Yeovil, MK Dons, Mansfield, Grimsby and Northampton, Lincoln

Others unknown. Please let me know if any other league two clubs can be added to this list

Bury issued a programme for the pre-season game with Everton

In the championship Bristol city are weve had a price rise to £3.50 tho
