This ticket comes from a Spanish journalist, I bought a lot of tickets, all from Spanish teams or Spanish selection, 50/60/70 years. In that web indicates that the number 95 corresponds to the match:

Budapesti Vasas - Dorogi Bányász 5: 4

I bet my ticket is from a Spanish team: Athletic Bilbao for example could be

07.04.1965 Ferencvaros Athletic Bilbao

We have seen before that numbers have been re-used. Your number 95 pictured here is a different design to the number 95 on the magyarfutball website. I expect it was from a game involving a Spanish team
