Euro 2016 programmes in France??

Just come back from the group games in France and heading out again for the Last 16 matches but was very surprised to see individual 12 page genuine looking programmes for games on Ebay.

I didn't see anything other than the Tournament brochure at the stadiums.

I note also that the original match issued teamsheets are all on coloured UEFA paper.

Are those programmes on Ebay genuine?

As for the teamsheets, I'm amazed some people have been paying £9 plus £3 postage.
