Any shops/stalls in Glasgow?

I'm off up north on Friday afternoon to take in the Rangers v St Mirren game on the Saturday.

Due to work commitments, I can't get away from Sheffield until 3pm, so Cockermouth on the way up looks a non-starter.

Does anyone know of any shops/stores in Glasgow or within a 30-45 minute run out in the motor?

Either Saturday morning or Sunday anytime.

I used to go to Glasgow a fair bit to see Rangers or Morton and would always go to Barrowlands (Barras) market on the Sunday where I would often pick up some football programmes. I once managed to pick up some 1960's Hibs European programmes for next to nothing. There were always plenty of 60's Scottish and more recent Irish programmes.

This was a few years ago though so not sure of the supply there now. Either way the Barras is well worth a look around.

It is on Gallowgate, which is more of a Celtic area so dont wear your Rangers top

Good selection of programmes can be found at Kollectables is at 51 Parnie Street, which is parallel to Argyle Street, in the Trongate area of the city centre, not too far from the Barras. The shop is open on Saturday only. The Barras is a bit hit and miss for programmes. There are a couple of stalls, but not really any bargains.
