Valerenga v Everton 1964/5 Fairs Cup

I bought a small collection this afternoon and this item was among them (along with 64/5 Reykjavik v Liverpool and Anderlecht v Liverpool).
A bit of research on here leads me to understand the Valerenga issue is a very rare item with one collector of EFC programmes stating he has only ever seen one for sale and it went for £2k!
My copy is in an overall good, clean condition, no folds or tears, bit of age mottling to the back cover, ink team changes and a bit of rusting to the bottom staple (see pictures).
Can anyone tell me whether this programme has come up for sale lately - maybe one of you auction watchers has seen it somewhere?
Any help or advice would be gratefully accepted.

I have a copy bought it at the Altrincham Fair quite a few years ago. Can't say I have seen any available to purchase. I didn't pay £2K for it but not sure what its worth.

I bought one on eBay a couple of years ago, from memory paid just over £500 for it.
