I picked up this pirate 1924 FA Cup final programme last week. It was hanging around for ages on eBay with a £75 bin. I saved my £5 a week allowance ( sorry Treble) and bought it.
Now the 1913 version turns up. Of course I'd rather have this one, but, 12 years junior , worse condition, same printer (in Sunderland ) , same format and the current price is £1,350 ?
As both official programmes are mega rare , these are quite a good alternative. Question is, did I get a really good bargain ? Is the 1913 edition way over the odds ? Or is it a case of that's what the market dictates ?

Oh yeah well spotted Wullie.
Why was that then?
Sorry but things like this genuinely fascinate me about programme design. Confused

Absolutely no idea. An editors error I guess. In fact, as far as I know, these two issues are the only ones printed for the final by these printers. The fact they were based in Sunderland makes sense. No more than a local souvenir . With this in mind, I think the WS Smith card is far more desirable . (after the original of course)
