Possibly the wrong year here, but I'm 100% certain that Huddersfield Town competed in one of these tournaments.
It would have probably been during their 1st Division days so possibly 1970, 1971, 1972 ...

You are probably correct.
I only know that Matt Stevens told me that he was in a bidding war over these cards which came as part of a lot which cost him £4k and he really only wanted these two.
