Gillingham boss Andy Hessenthaler has promised fans who travelled to Accrington their money back, courtesy of contributions from the players.

Some 261 away fans attended the League Two play-off chasers' 4-3 defeat.

Since our victory at Crawley on boxing day we seem to have gone backwards, defending has been dire we have the reverse Newcastle football from the Keegan days,if we score 3 we'll give you 4.

4-3 defeat away from home is not all that bad, surely.

Didn't make the game myself but heard from some who did, dire first half with Hess wanting to sub his entire team at half time, something very wrong there me thinks, good point about 4-3 away defeat,at least it was an improvemnt on the 7-4 horror show from last season. Get My Coat

I wonder if our local Ice Hockey team would do this, last month travelled all the way down to Cardiff, via Rugby on the M1 (Don't ask i wasn't driving, and then instead of crossing into Wales free of charge mates sat nav took him down to the seven bridge crossing so he had to pay the £5.80 to get into Wales) to watch Invicta absolutely SUCK, they didn't just suck they smelt the arena out they were that bad, the only good thing about the whole trip was as we got down there early we found a bar and it was £2 a pint and i wasn't driving so happy days.
