I've been collecting Oxford programmes for over 10 years and It's the 1st time I've ever seen this programme come up, it is also one of the games where it was never known if a programme existed.

I'm guessing that another one may well appear on ebay now though. Although I'm hoping not after paying that amount for it. And It's not the most expensive programme I've got either!

I think if i;m correct, it was only a poor photo copy typed programme. If i'd bought it, i think i'd be knocking a few copies out ( listed as copies of course )

I would be interested to know if anything was produced for the 1985 Halifax v Oxford (Friendly) ie press team/directors box team sheet, i'm almost certain no programme was issued. Have any Oxford collectors seen anything? As far as i know none of the Halifax collectors have anything.

Can't say I've seen anything in the way of a programme or teamsheet.

Oxford won 5-1 with Billy Hamilton x 2, John Aldridge, John Trewick and Peter Rhoades-Brown scoring so its fair to say we had a decent side out and it was watched by 627 people so wouldn't be surprised if there was something produced for the game.
